No, we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final. Please make sure to read the description of items before making a purchase.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. What should I do if my order is lost or misrouted?
If your order is lost or misrouted, please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping information. We are not liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. If you have any concerns, please contact our Customer Service via email at undisputedhypeofficial@gmail.com.
5. How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders take about 24-48 business hours to process and ship out. We aim to ship out same-day orders by 5PM PST from Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday.
6. My order shows as delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with your local carrier to see if the package was delivered to a neighbor, a different PO box, or mailbox. If you still cannot locate your package, please email undisputedhypeofficial@gmail.com, and we will open a case with the carrier to locate the package.
